A specialist in Power Electronic Converters and their Control systems for Low Carbon and Electrification Solutions including Energy Networks/Smart Grids and Electric Systems in Transportation/Automotive. With significant experience of more than 23 years working at high profile instituations including Imperial College London, Newcastle University, Aston University Birmingham and now at Queen Mary University of London. A track record of industrial collaboration with top UK industries including Jaguar Land Rover, Dyson, Turbo Power Systems and National Grid. Produced high quality research outputs with impact in the areas of Energy systems and Electrical Transportation, Research recognised by IEEE Power and Energy society as "high quality research" with more than 80 publications in IEEE Top transactions and conferences. Listed as one of top 2% Scientists in the World by Stanford University in October 2020 and October 2021 in the field of "Energy Engineering".
