Dr Ignacio Castro chairs the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) Research and Analysis of Standardisation  Processes (RASP) Research Group. RASP brings together researchers, practitioners, policy makers, standards users, and standards developers to study standardization processes across Standard Developing Organisations, with a particular focus on Internet standard-setting in the IETF.
