Interests

Dr Fenwick is an expert in developing processable semiconductor materials and their devices, with an emphasis on understanding nanoscale morphology and interfaces and how these affect device performance. He is actively working on new architectures for organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs) and thermoelectric generators. His materials expertise covers organic semiconductors, 2D semiconductors, carbon nanotubes and halide perovskites, as well as self-assembled monolayers for the control of interfaces in devices. He has a particular interest in developing thermal and thermoelectric measurements.
